Prakash Suresh Chandiramani

Prakash has spent the last 12 years in hands-on property management for Good Class Bungalows, landed homes, and condominiums in Singapore. He has now joined PropNex as a CEA-registered salesperson too, bringing that management relationship directly into transactions.

How we got here

We started as Mighty Technology Consulting, focused on the technology side of residential properties. In 2014, an existing client needed help marketing a property with integrated smart home systems — that turned into a real estate arm, and from there, 12 years of property management for a select group of Good Class Bungalow, landed, and condominium owners.

Most new clients still arrive through a referral — an existing client, or another professional who's seen the work firsthand. We've kept it that way on purpose: a small team, not a call centre, and a personal connection with each property we look after.

Today, as Mighty Realty Group, we're both CEA-registered — Rick since 2011, Prakash since 2026 — bringing licensed transaction representation together with hands-on property management, under one company.
